Jide Afolabi
Jide Afolabi received his Bachelor of Arts in Law and Political Science from Carleton University in 1995, and his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1998.

After completing his articles of legal clerkship at Blake, Cassels & Graydon in Toronto, he was called to the Ontario bar in 2000. Jide received a Master of Laws from the London School of Economics in 2003.

Jide has over two decades of experience in corporate law, indigenous law, international trade law, as well as wills and estates law.

He has built a law firm deeply committed to providing impeccable legal services.

Chigozie Elendu-Okoronkwo
Chigozie graduated from the University of Nigeria with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). She attended the Nigerian Law School and is admitted to the Nigerian bar as a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Chigozie is also admitted as an Attorney & Counselor at Law by the Third Appellate Division, Supreme Court of New York.

Chigozie holds a certificate of accreditation issued by the National Committee on the Accreditation of Internationally Trained Lawyers in Canada. She is called to the Ontario bar and is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario.

With over ten years of practice as a general practitioner and as a lawyer with a focus on immigration as well as estates matters, Chigozie maintains an unflinching focus on securing the best possible results for clients.

Farooq Rafiq
Farooq Rafiq holds a Diploma in Personnel Management, a Bachelors Degree in Commerce, and a Masters Degree in Political Science. He obtained his Law Degree from S.M. Law College, University of Karachi. He was called to the Sindh Bar Council in August 1991.

Farooq attended the University of Western Ontario and obtained a Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. After his call to the Bar of Ontario in January 2020, he established a practice in Milton.

He actively undertakes pro bono matters related to the settlement of newcomers to Canada. In addition, he is active within a charitable organization dedicated to the annual raising of funds for the Milton District Hospital.

​Farooq is Special Council to the firm, working primarily on immigration law as well as notarial matters.
